i. general disclaimer

I have the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
Disrespectful and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
The client must read, understand and agree to all the terms in order to proceed with the commission.
Commissioning me means you have agreed to these Terms of Service. Any commission request that violates these terms will be cancelled immediately.
The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.

50% down payment must be sent after the final draft.
Payment can be done through G-Cash or Paypal, primarily in USD or PHP (Philippine Peso)
An invoice will be provided for the client for payments.
BTC, ETH, or any other crypto-currencies and in-game payments will not be accepted.
A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.
A design fee will be charged for clients with no reference images that a piece solely from a description and/or a collection of photos.
Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see “Revisions” below).
The exact prices for the fees described above will be dependent upon the complexity of the commission and are non-negotiable.
Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
Clients may not file a chargeback against the artist after given approval of the artwork.
Refunds may be given when the artist is unable to continue or complete the commission.

Commission order must be sent through any of the artist's contacts. Additional details are expected to be discussed there as well.
Clients must write in a clear and concise manner when filling out the commission form.
Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject. Mood boards are welcome!
Maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process. And respond in a timely fashion.
Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.
If the commission has a deadline or an expected date of receival, the artist should be told in advance. Time-sensitive orders will have added charges.
A commission can take 5-7 days on average but can take up to weeks depending on the complexity of the commission as well as other external factors (i.e. school and/or health-related issues).
1 month of inactivity from the artist may occur. If the artist has not completed the commission before then, the client should notify the artist.
Sketch updates will be sent periodically through both parties' choice of communication.
There will be no changes once the illustration is finished.
Clients will receive final artwork, with and without watermark, via email after client approvals at the appropriate stages of the commission process.
Images are always sent as 300 DPI PNGs unless another resolution/file type is requested.

One major revision is allowed in the sketch phase and is covered in the commission price.
A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed in coloring/painting stage and are covered in the commission price.
Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will incur additional fees.
Revisions due to my own negligence are free.
Additional major revisions will incur additional fees.
It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.

v. copyright & usage policy

I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.
Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
The final product is strictly for your personal use only. (i.e. printing, crop/resizing, use for avatar/header, reference, etc.)
The commissioned artwork must NOT be used for commercial purposes and cannot be redistributed or reproduced.
NO NFTs or anything related to it.
NO art or graphics made for merchandise and any business-related work or original domain websites.
NO promotional material, CD covers, game assets, book covers, social media artwork, icons, etc.
Clients are not allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy, or, alter my art in any circumstances without given consent.
Clients are not allowed to feed the commissioned artwork to AI Art generators.
Clients may repost the commissioned piece to their social platforms so long as full credit is given to the artist.
